In October 2020, we were launched as an industry-leading comprehensive assistance service provider under the MS&AD Insurance Group, whose core companies include Mitsui Sumitomo Insurance and Aioi Nissay Dowa Insurance. We leverage the strengths of Anshin Dial and Japan Assist International, both of which have over 30 years of experience.
The company boasts a strong network of roadside assistance, house assistance, and overseas travel assistance businesses, as well as stable operations in a wide range of areas, including concierge services, life and non-life insurance sales support, foreign language interpretation services on the phone, and total-loss automobile auction services.
